Getting started on 2004Plus…

Log straight in to register your character, you can then choose your experience rate from 1 - 25x

You'll be asked if you want to skip the tutorial, this is optional. You'll also be asked if you want to skip quests this is only available if you have chosen an experience rate above 5x.

Once you've made it to the wizard on tutorial island there are two ironman tutorials (This is also optional):

  Sam (Talk to Sam to choose hardcore ironman, or hardcore ultimate ironman modes)
  Brandon (Talk to Brandon to choose ironman, or ultimate ironman modes)

There are also the newly added Group ironman tutors, one for Hardcore group and one for regular group ironman modes!

All recruitment for GIM must be done whilst on tutorial island as your group is finalized there.

Once you arrive in Lumbridge there are NPCs: Helper man and Helper lady who can assign you Newbie Tasks which are a very good way to make some starter GP and gain some clue caskets / supply crates from skilling.
